Chicken Dhakai Rezala

Ingredients:
1. Chicken – 1 kg
2. Onion paste  – 1/2 cup
3. Onion small cut pieces – 1/2 cup
4. Garlic paste – 3 table spoon
5. Ginger paste – 3 table spoon
6. Ghee – 3 table spoon
7. Dalchini – 3 pieces
8. Cloves – 6 pieces
9. Small Elaichi – 6 pieces
10. Bayleaf – 2
11. Curd – 1 cup
12. Lemon juice – 1 tea spoon
13. Sugar – 3 tea spoon
14. Mint leaf paste – 2 tea spoon
15. Red chilly whole – 8 pieces
16. whole peppercorn – 1 tea spoon
17. Salt to taste

Method:
1. Take a medium sized pot. Add all the ingredients including chicken in that and mix.
2. After maxing, let it marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
3. Cook the marinated chicken till half done. Now add salt as per taste.
4. Heat 3 table spoon ghee in another pan, add 1 tea spoon whole peppercorns, 8 pieces whole red chili, fry for 30 seconds, then mix with chicken.
5. Allow to cook till tender.
6. Mix 1 tea spoon lemon juice and 2 tea spoon sugar and pour in chicken.
7. Lastly add 2 tea spoon mint leaf ( pudina) paste and mix well.Cook for another 1 minute.
